Seeing Within

Closing the eyes is not only shutting out the outer world; let inner images also become quiet until attention begins to move inward.

Open-endedCore: Witnessing

Practice style

  1. Close the eyes and relax the eyeballs.
  2. Do not follow memories, fantasies, or inner pictures.
  3. Feel the eyes stop searching, almost like stones, and remain with the inner field.
Do Not Lose the Witness
The method is only an entrance. Whether it uses breath, dance, sound, darkness, sitting, or relationship, what matters most is gradually seeing what is happening rather than only chasing an experience.
