Practice style

Read in order: first understand the instruction for this stage, then look at the matching movement image. During the actual meditation, you can play the practice audio below.

Preparation

Movement overview

First study the movement overview image and become familiar with the directions of the body. Then practice the three stages below in order.

Movement overview · movement reference
Movement reference · First understand the movement, then return attention to the body and awareness.
Step 1

Stage 1: 30 minutes

Repeat the dance of six movements continuously for 30 minutes. Begin with both hands placed on the lower abdomen and follow the sequence shown.

Stage 1: 30 minutes · movement reference
Movement reference · First understand the movement, then return attention to the body and awareness.
Step 2

Stage 2: whirling (15 minutes)

Whirl counterclockwise with eyes slightly open and arms extended. Let the whirling carry you and keep breathing normally. If needed, adjust direction and slow down gradually to finish.

Stage 2: whirling (15 minutes) · movement reference
Movement reference · First understand the movement, then return attention to the body and awareness.
Step 3

Stage 3: silence (15 minutes)

Close your eyes and, if comfortable, lie on your stomach. Let witnessing happen and simply watch the flow of energy in the body.

Stage 3: silence (15 minutes) · movement reference
Movement reference · First understand the movement, then return attention to the body and awareness.
Do Not Lose the Witness
The method is only an entrance. Whether it uses breath, dance, sound, darkness, sitting, or relationship, what matters most is gradually seeing what is happening rather than only chasing an experience.
