Supplemental PracticeCore: Witnessing
How do I begin this meditation?

For your first session, watch the video to understand the movements and stages. For the actual meditation, play the practice audio, put the phone aside, and follow the full process. Download the audio first if you want to practice offline.

Practice style

Read in order: first understand the instruction for this stage, then look at the matching movement image. During the actual meditation, you can play the practice audio below.

Step 1

Stage 1: breathing through each chakra (45 minutes)

Follow the original audio or video guidance on this page.

Stage 1: breathing through each chakra (45 minutes) · movement reference
Movement reference · First understand the movement, then return attention to the body and awareness.
Step 2

Stage 2: rest and silence (15 minutes)

After the breathing cycle, sit or lie down with eyes closed. Rest quietly and observe inner sensations without judgment or concentration. This stage helps integrate the energy and awareness awakened through the breathing.

Additional guidance

Let breathing be a bridge for sensing the distinct quality of each chakra. Do not force the breath; with each breath, gently place awareness at each center. Over time, sensitivity to the centers may deepen naturally.

Do Not Lose the Witness
The method is only an entrance. Whether it uses breath, dance, sound, darkness, sitting, or relationship, what matters most is gradually seeing what is happening rather than only chasing an experience.
