Laughter Meditation

Genuine laughter and continuous thinking cannot easily happen at the same time. Let laughter arise from deep in the body rather than remain a surface expression.

Begin with about 5–10 minCore: Witnessing
How do I begin this meditation?

For your first session, watch the video to understand the movements and stages. For the actual meditation, play the practice audio, put the phone aside, and follow the full process. Download the audio first if you want to practice offline.

Practice style

Do Not Lose the Witness
The method is only an entrance. Whether it uses breath, dance, sound, darkness, sitting, or relationship, what matters most is gradually seeing what is happening rather than only chasing an experience.
