Mandala Meditation is a powerful, cathartic technique that creates a circle of energy for natural centering. This meditation consists of four stages, each lasting 15 minutes. The process helps the meditator become aware of the circular nature of the mind and break the continuous loops of emotions and thoughts.

With open eyes, run on the spot. Start slowly and gradually increase speed. Bring your knees up as high as possible. Breathe deeply and evenly to move the energy within you. Forget the mind and body, and keep running.
Sit with your eyes closed and mouth open and loose. Gently rotate your body from the waist, like a reed blowing in the wind. Feel yourself being moved from side to side, back and forth. This will bring your awakened energies to your navel center.
Lie on your back with your eyes open. Keep your head still and rotate your eyes in a clockwise direction. Sweep them fully around in their sockets as if following the second hand of a vast clock. Do this as quickly as possible while keeping your mouth open and jaw relaxed. Breathe softly and evenly. This will bring your centered energies to the third eye.
Close your eyes and be still. Enter a state of silence and allow the experience to integrate.
