Practice Overview: Osho Laughter Meditation is a joyful practice designed to release stress and promote inner peace. It has three main stages that lead participants from laughter to grounding and then to free expression through dance.

First Stage: Laughter (20 minutes)

Begin by sitting comfortably, closing your eyes, and allowing laughter to flow naturally. Let yourself laugh without restraint, starting from a small giggle and letting it grow. Feel the laughter resonate throughout your body, creating a state of lightness and release.

Stage 1: Laughter

Second Stage: Grounding (20 minutes)

Lie down on your stomach, making full contact with the ground. Focus on breathing deeply and allowing the earth to absorb any residual tension. Imagine merging with the ground, feeling fully connected and supported by it.

Stage 2: Grounding

Third Stage: Dance and Freedom (20 minutes)

Stand up and start dancing freely, expressing the energy released through laughter and grounding. Let the movements be spontaneous and joyful, dancing until you feel fully relaxed and centered.
