1. Be Loose and Whole-Body Shake (15 minutes)

Stand loose, allowing your whole body to shake. Feel the energy moving up from your feet and let go completely. You can keep your eyes open or closed, letting the shaking happen naturally without forcing it.

2. Dance Freely (15 minutes)

Dance in any way you feel. Let your whole body move as it wishes, without any restrictions. Whether your eyes are open or closed, allow the movements to come naturally as you release any tension.

3. Witnessing (15 minutes)

Sit or stand still with your eyes closed. Observe and witness whatever is happening inside and outside of you. Allow the energy and sensations to flow, and simply be a witness without judgment or intervention.

4. Stillness and Rest (15 minutes)

In this final stage, lie down with your eyes closed and remain completely still. Let go of any thoughts and allow yourself to rest deeply, absorbing the energy and calmness generated during the meditation.

Guidance for Step 1: Let Shaking Happen Naturally

When practicing Kundalini Meditation, don't force the shaking. Stand quietly and let it happen naturally. If your body begins to shake, allow it to flow without controlling it. Let yourself feel the joy of the shaking without trying to direct it. The more you relax and enjoy the process, the more natural and effective the meditation will be.
