This special Kirtan, combines singing, dancing, and stillness in a one-hour session split into three parts: joyful Kirtan, deep stillness, and a final celebration.

1. First 20 Minutes: Kirtan

Sing, clap, dance and move with energy.

2. Middle 20 Minutes: Stillness

Lie face down on the ground. Be completely still and silent, as if you are lifeless.

3. Last 20 Minutes: Celebration

Get up and sing dance and clap again! This time, celebrate with joy and gratitude.
