Passive Meditation
Gaze at the Tip of the Nose
Keep the eyes half open and rest the gaze gently on the tip of the nose, reducing both outer distraction and inner dreaming while bringing attention into line with the third-eye area.
Practice style
- Sit upright with the spine naturally straight.
- Keep the eyelids half open and let both eyes rest softly on the tip of the nose.
- Do not force concentration; remain relaxed and receptive.
Do Not Lose the Witness
The method is only an entrance. Whether it uses breath, dance, sound, darkness, sitting, or relationship, what matters most is gradually seeing what is happening rather than only chasing an experience.
