Practice style
Read in order: first understand the instruction for this stage, then look at the matching movement image. During the actual meditation, you can play the practice audio below.
First 10 minutes: breathing
Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and attend to the natural breath. Watch each inhalation and exhalation without changing or controlling it.

Second 10 minutes: sounds
While continuing to be aware of the breath, include whatever sounds are present outside. Let them be there without disturbing your inner attention.

Third 10 minutes: watch yourself
Keep watching the breath, and also watch yourself. As a witness, observe thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations without clinging.

Last 10 minutes: breath and world
Continue watching the breath and the outer world, becoming a witness to everything happening inside and outside. Drop attachment; simply watch.

The method is only an entrance. Whether it uses breath, dance, sound, darkness, sitting, or relationship, what matters most is gradually seeing what is happening rather than only chasing an experience.
