1. First 10 Minutes: Focus on Breath

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on your natural breath. Observe each inhale and exhale without changing or controlling it.

2. Second 10 Minutes: Awareness of Sounds

As you continue to focus on your breath, become aware of any external sounds. Let them exist without letting them disturb your inner focus.

3. Third 10 Minutes: Observe Yourself

Keep observing your breath, but now also observe yourself. Watch your thoughts, feelings, and sensations as an observer, without attachment.

4. Fourth 10 Minutes: Observer of Both Breath and World

Continue observing your breath and external world, becoming the witness of all that happens around and within you. Let go of attachment and just watch.
