  • Pay special attention to oily T-zone and dry areas separately.

Mature Skin

  • Gentle chemical exfoliation with fruit enzymes or lactic acid (yogurt), oatmeal scrubs.
  • Avoid overly aggressive scrubbing.

General Exfoliation Tips

1–2 times a week is typically enough. Over-exfoliating can irritate skin and disrupt the skin barrier.
Use gentle circular motions—avoid applying excessive pressure.
Especially crucial for sensitive or reactive skin. Test on a small area first.
Moisturize after exfoliation to hydrate and protect the freshly revealed skin.
Exfoliated skin is more sensitive to UV rays. Apply sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily.
